Milcor Galvanized Steel Acoustical Smoke Vent opens automatically in event of fire. 3” thick acoustical barrier and mineral wool provides exterior sound-proofing and reduces interior volume.

  • Automatically opens in event of fire
  • 165° UL listed fusible link
  • Includes interior and exterior manual release pulls
  • Curb and gutter are insulated with 3” mineral wool and lined with acoustical barrier to deaden sound
  • Dampened gas springs to open against 10 psf snow or wind load at a safe controlled speed
  • 14 gauge galvanized steel covers and curb
  • 12 ½” curb with 5 ¾” pre-drilled mounting flange
  • Designed to withstand 90 psf wind uplift for class 90 roof decks
  • UL 793 listed, UL 790 certified
